It is important for all believers to study and to understand the book of Revelation. It tells us what is going to happen in the future. We are living in the end times. A careful reading of Matthew 24 and an observation of world events will show you that we are seeing some of the signs of the end times. More than ever as Christians, we must share the love of God and the gospel message with the world. The days that we have to be the light of the world and the salt of the Earth are getting fewer.
In this thread, we will talk about some of the things that believers should take note of in the book of Revelation: God's warnings to the churches, some of the things that God has told us He hates, and some of the key events.
There is blessing to those that hear the words of the prophecy and keep those things which are written therein 1The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John: 2Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw. 3Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand. Revelation 1:1-3

Jesus's words to the church at Epheseus
Jesus told them that He knew their works, labour and patience and that they had not fainted (Galatians 6:8-10). He knew how they couldn't bear those that were evil and tried those that called themselves apostles and discovered which ones were false teachers. (Matthew 7:15-23, Deutoronomy 18:20-22, 2 Peter 2)
Yet, the Lord Jesus warned them that they had left their first love (Matthew 22:36-40). We are all to love God more than anything or anyone else. They needed to repent and to do the first works.
Jesus mentions how both He and they hate the works of the Nicolaitanes. There is not a whole lot known about the exact doctrine of the Nicolaitanes but what many believe based on other writings is that it was a lifestyle related to sexual immorality, and excesses that those claiming to be Christians practiced, which in reality would be in conflict with the word of God. Others have stated that their doctrine is similiar to the concept of Eternal Security, which also contradicts scripture. Quite frankly, a doctrine of excesses and the doctrine of eternal security have some similiarites both would tell you that no matter what you do, you can't lose your salvation, which is false. If you doubt that the doctrine of eternal security is false, check out Revelation 3:4-5 in which Jesus mentions the blotting out of names from the book of life. Anyway, what we do know for sure is that Jesus hated the doctrine of the Nicolataines and the Bible teaches us that God hates evil so whatever their doctrine was it didn't align with the teachings of Jesus.
As believers, we need to pay attention to the warnings that the Lord Jesus gave to the churches and ensure that we take heed to them. Jesus ends his warning to the church at Epheseus with a beautiful promise that to those that overcome He will give to them eat of the tree of life.
1Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks; 2I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: 3And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted. 4Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. 5Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. 6But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitanes, which I also hate. 7He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. Revelation 2:1-7
God bless you!!!!

Jesus words to the Church at Smyrna Like the church in Ephesus, Jesus told them that He knew their works. He also told them that he knew their tribulations and their poverty. The church at Smyrna was to face persecution for serving God (Matthew 24:8-13,2 Timothy 3:12-17, Luke 21:10-19). The Lord Jesus told them that they weren't to fear the things that they would suffer (I Peter 4:12-19) but instead should be faithful even unto their physical death. He also promises them that if they remain faithful that He would give them a crown of life.
Lastly, Jesus promises that those that overcome will be hurt in the second death. The first death is the physical death when you die here on earth. The second death is the spirtual death that comes when one faces the judgment of God for their disobedience to Him.
8And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive; 9I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. 10Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life. 11He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death. Revelation 2:8-11

Jesus's words to the Church at Pergamos Like the churches in Ephesus and Smyrna, Jesus told them that He knew their works. He said He knew they dwelt near Satan's seat. Pergamos was a place filled with evil (idolatry and fornication). Yet in the midst of that evil, this church had held fast to the name of Jesus and had not denied their faith in Him, even when those arround them had been martyred.
Jesus had against them the fact that they had in the midst of the church people that followed the doctrines of Balaam and the Nicolataines. The church isn't to allow compromise within itself. The doctrine of Balaam is described in the scripture as how it relates to idolatry and fornication. Jesus told them to repent, which would require them to separate from those following the false doctrines, or else Jesus would come and fight against them following the false teachings.
Jesus promised that to him that overcomes He will give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone with a new name written, which no man will know, except the man to whom it is given.
12And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges; 13I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth. 14But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication. 15So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes, which thing I hate. 16Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth. 17He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it. Revelation 2:12-17
Let's be sure to listen and to be obedient to what God says to the churches. Repent and separate from any false doctrines or perversions that may exist in the body of Christ.

Jesus's words to the church in Thyratia Like the other 3 churches mentioned before it, Jesus tells them that he knows their works. He says that he know their charity (love), service, patience, and works, and that the last is more than the first.
However, he does have a few things against them because they allow a false teacher to function among them and to teach and seduce believers to commit fornication and to eat food sacrificed to idols. Jesus identifies the false teacher as Jezebel a woman that calls herself a prophet. Jesus has given Jezebel the opportunity to repent of her fornication and she did not. He promises that he will cast her and those that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds. Jesus also said that he will kill her followers with death and that all the churches will know that he searches the hearts and the reigns of all men and will give unto everyone according to their works.
Jesus tells the portion of the church in Thyratira that do not follow the false doctrines of Jezebel that He will not give to them an additional burden but they need to hold fast until He comes. Jesus then promises to those that overcome and keep His works unto the end that He will give them power over the nations and that they shall rule them with a rod of iron as even as a potter's pots will be broken into tiny pieces: even as He recieved of God the Father. He will also give him the morning star.
18And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass; 19I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first. 20Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. 21And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. 22Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. 23And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works. 24But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden. 25But that which ye have already hold fast till I come. 26And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: 27And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father. 28And I will give him the morning star. 29He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. Revelation 2:18-29

A few common themes so far
1. Jesus knows everyones works. He searches the hearts and reigns of all men. He said He will give unto everyone according to their works. 2. Jesus hates false doctrines and having the false doctrines and teachers intermingled with His church. 3. We are warned against sexual imorality in particular fornication, idolatry, and possibly excesses (Nicolaitanes doctrine can't be verified). 4. Jesus tells us the beautiful promises that He has for those that overcome. a. to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God (Revelation 2:7) b. to not be hurt by the second death, which is the spirtual death given when one faces the judgment of God for their disobedience to Him. (Revelation 2:11) c. to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone with a new name written, which no man will know, except the man to whom it is given. (Revelation 2:17)
The 4th promise is a little different - it's to those that overcome and keep His works until the end d. to him will I give power over the nations: to rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father. And I will give him the morning star.
5. Jesus tells us that this information is for those that hath ears to hear what the Spirit says unto the churches. Therefore, this information is valuable to us today.

Jesus's words unto the Church at Sardis Like the other churches, Jesus told them that He knows their works. He also told them that they had a good reputation and they lived but were also dead spirtually. Jesus warned them to be watchful and strengthen the things/fruits of the spirit that were not dead because they were ready to die. He also told them that their works were not perfect before God. Therefore, they needed to remember how they recieved and heard the gospel. They also needed to hold fast to it and to repent. He also warned they if they didn't watch, He will return like a thief in the night (Matthew 24:40-46, Luke 21:28-36) and they won't know when He will come upon them.
Jesus said that there were a few people in Sardis that had not compromised and that they would walk with Him for they are worthy ( Luke 21:28-36). He then promised that those that overcome will be clothed in white and that He will not blot their names out of the book of life but will instead confess them before the Father and the angels. From this statement, we can see that it is possible to have ones name blotted out of the book of life, which means it is possible to lose ones salvation.
1And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. 2Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God. 3Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee. 4Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy. 5He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. 6He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. Revelation 3:1-6
May we all heed the spirit's warnings to hear what is said to the churches. Let's also watch and pray to be counted worthy to escape all these things that will happen and to stand before Jesus.
36Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. Luke 21:36

Jesus's words to the church at Philadelphia
The Lord Jesus also began by telling this church that He knows their works and has set before them an open door which no man can close because they have a little strength and have kept his word without denying His name. Jesus tells then that He will make those that claim to be Jews but are not to come and to worship before their feet because and to know that He loves thi church/ these people.
Jesus also promises to keep this church from the hour of great temptation that will happen all over the world. I personally believe this may refer to the great tribulation period. He warns them that He is coming quickly so they need to hold fast to what that have so that no one takes their crowns. Jesus promises that he will make those that overcome like pillars in the temple of God and he won't got out anymore. He will write upon the one that overcomes the name of God, the name of the city of God and also His new name.
We are reminded that those that have hears need to hear what the Spirit says to the churches. The church in Philaldephia is a church without compromise that is actively being obedient to the Lord Jesus Christ.
7And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth; 8I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. 9Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. 10Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. 11Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. 12Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name. 13He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches Revelation 3:7-13

Jesus's words to the church of the Laodecians Jesus says also to this church that He knows their works and that they are neither cold nor hot. He also says that because they are neither cold (not serving Him at all) nor hot (serving Him competely), He will cast them out unless they repent (see verse 19).
Jesus explains that they say that they have riches on this earth and therefore say that they don't need anything. Yet, they don't realize that they are wretched, miserable, poor, blind and naked spirtually. He advises them to buy gold tried in the the fire from Him (Mathew 6:19-21, 1 Peter 1:6-8) that they may truly be rich, dressed in white rainments and no longer naked, and their eyes can have eye ointment put on them so that they can see again. Jesus explains that He is chastizing them because He loves them. Therefore, they need to be zealous and repent.
Jesus states that He stands at the door and knocks and that whoever will open the door (willingly recieve Jesus), Jesus will come into him and eat with him and Him with Jesus. (John 15:1-7)
The Lord Jesus then promises that whoever overcomes will sit with Him in His throne just as He overcame and is sitting with the Heavenly Father in His throne.
14And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; 15I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. 16So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. 17Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: 18I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. 19As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. 20Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. 22He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. Revelation 3:14-22
God bless you!!! Let's have ears to hear what the Spirit says to the churches and to heed the words of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. (Luke 21:36)

11. Jesus tells us that this information is for those that hath ears to hear what the Spirit says unto the churches. Therefore, this information is valuable to us today.
Additional Comments There are some that talk about how the discussion of these churches describes the various ages of the church. There are others that point out that these churches that Jesus picked represent different states of the body of Christ from a church completely sold out to Jesus to one that was considered to almost be backslidden. Regardless, Jesus gave us clear warnings and promises for those that overcome that we should all heed.

Revelation 4 and 5
In Revelation 4, John sees the throne in Heaven and the elders and beasts that are worshipping God. In Revelation 5, God has a book with 7 seals in His right hand and an angel asks who is worthy to open the book and loose the seals. Jesus, the lamb of God is worthy to open the book and loose the seals!!!!! It's important to take notice of the new song that is sung by the elders and the beasts in Heaven when Jesus takes the book from God the Father. Jesus is worthy to take the book and to open the seals because He was slain and redeemed us to God by His blood out of every kindred, tongue, people and nation. 1And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals. 2And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof? And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon. 4And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. 5And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. 6And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. 7And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne. 8And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints. 9And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; Revelation 5:1-9

Revelation 6 The Opening of the seals
In Revelation 6, Jesus begins to open the Seals which results in various judgments on the earth.
1. Seal 1 - Revelation 6:1-2 - This seal unleashes the first of four horseman. He is riding on a white horse and has a bow and a crown. He goes forth to conquer. Some scholars have speculated that this horseman stands for the antichrist. Other scholars have speculated that this represents the spirit of conquest in the world today and others have speculated that it represents any of the false christs and messiahs that have claimed to be the messiah and have tried to conqueor the world. I think the key thing to take away from this passage is that with the opening of this seal we will see more conquest and more desire to conqueor each other between nations in the world, which aligns with Matthew 24, stating that in the end times "Nation shal rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom". Conquest doesn't always have to be military but it can also be politcally and economically...
2. Seal 2 - Revelation 6:3-4 - This seal unleashes the second of the four horseman. He is riding on a white horse and has a sword. This horseman will bring war to the world that will result in death and the loss of peace to the world.
3. Seal 3 - Revelation 6:5-6 - This seal unleashes the third of the four horseman. He is riding on a black horse and has a balance for measuring. This horseman will bring hunger to the world. The staples of wheat and barley are mentioned as being effected whereas oil and wine will not be effected by the coming famine
4. Seal 4 - Revelation 6:7-8 - This seal unleashes fourth of the four horseman. He is riding on a pale horse and unlike the riders that came before him we are told his identity. He is Death and his companion is called Hell. He is given power over the fourth part of the world to kill with the sword, like the second horseman, to kill with famine, like the 3rd horseman, and lastly to kill with death and animals.
5. Seal 5 - Revelation 6:9-11 - This seal is diffferent from the first 4 in that there is no immediate judgment poured out on the earth. Instead, those that were martyred for their faith in God and their testimony ask God for justice. They are given robes of white and told to wait until their other brethen that will also are martyred will join them before God pours out his judgment on the world for their deaths.
6. Seal 6 - Revelation 6:13-17 - This seal causes a great earthquake as well as major disturbances and disruptions within the Heavens and the earth. The sun will be darkened. The moon will turn to the color of blood and stars will fall from the heavens. It will literally be as if the sky that we know is rolled-up like a scroll. Also, every mountain and island on the earth will be moved from its place. The disturbances in the Heavens and Earth will be so great that even the kings and leaders of the world will recognize that this is the day of the Lord and will want to hide from God's wrath.

Revelation 7
Revelation 4 tells us about the servants of God on earth and in Heaven.
The chapter begins with judgment on the earth being withheld while the servants of God on earth are sealed with the seal of God in their forheads. The servants of God on earth in this passage doesn't refer to the church but instead to 144,000 jews. 12 Thousand from each of the tribes Israel.
The scene then switches to the throne of God where a mulitiude from all nations, kindreds, people and tongues (languages) were dressed in white robes and were worshipping God. These are the folks that had come out of the great tribulation on earth and have been washed in Jesus blood. This is the church of our God. There is a beautiful promise to those that make it out of the great tribulation and are in throne room worshipping God at the end of this chapter.
14And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. 16They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. 17For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. Revelation 7:14-17

Revelation 8
The 7th Seal The 7th seal is open and there is silence in Heaven for about 30 minutes. Then the 7 angels that stood before God are given 7 trumpets. Another angel with a golden sensor burns a lot of incense along with the prayers of all saints before the throne of God. The smoke of the incense along with the prayers ascended up to God. The angel then takes the censor and fills it with fire from the altar and casts it into the earth, which resulst in voices, thunderings, lightnings, and an earthquake.
Trumpest 1 - 4 sound With trumpet sounds 1-3, something is cast from the heavens on to the earth that destroys at least a third part of one of the natural resources: trees, the oceans, and the rivers, along with other destruction to the grass, sea animal deaths, human deaths and loss of ships . With the 4th trumpet sound, the sun, moon and start are impacted and the balance of day and night are impacted as a result.
1. First angel sounds trumpet and there is hail and fire mingled with blood cast on the earth, which results in 1/3 of all trees being burned up and all grass being burned up. 2. Second angel sounds trumpet and a great mountain buring with fire is cast into the sea, which results in 1/3 of the seeing becoming blood, 1/3 of all sea creatures dying and 1/3 of the ships being destroyed. 3. Third angel sounds trumpet and a great star fell from Heaven, called wormowood that burned like a lamp, into 1/3 of the rivers and fountains of waters, which resulted in the death of many people and the waters becoming wormwood and turning bitter. 4. Fourth angel sounds trumpet and s 1/3 of the sun, 1/3 of the moon and 1/3 of the stars are smitten, which results a 1/3 of the sun, moon and starts being darkened so that the day and night are both darkened 1/3 of the time.
Angel Cries Woe of the final 3 trumpets yet to sound An angel will fly through heave and say with a loud voice "Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!"
Friends this chapter speaks of many of the devestating but holy judgments of God on this earth. This is not to cause fear to believers but to let us know what will occur in the future on this earth after God has already sealed his people and brought His church to Heaven as we saw in Revelation 7. If you don't know Jesus, these events will happen on this earth as the world that rejected Him faces the wrath and judgments of the Living God. It's not too late to come to know Him today.
8But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:8-10

Revelation 9
The final 3 trumpets are called woes. (Rev 9:12)
The 5th trumpet sounds Special locusts are released from the bottomless pit on to the earth. These locusts are given the power of scorpions to sting the people that do not have the seal of God on their foreheads. (Remember that in Chapter 7 the 144,000 have been sealed by God). The sting of the locusts will not kill but will cause a man to be tormented for 5 months with the torment like when a scopion stings a man. The locusts are also commanded not to hurt any plants, trees or grass. They are described in detail in Revelation 9:7-11.
3And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. 4And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. 5And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. Revelation 9:3-5
In verse 6, it tells us that people will want to die and seek death but not be able to die. Tnere will be no escape from the wrath of the one true living God for non-believers.
The 6th trumpet trumpet sounds The 4 angels that are bound in the great Euphrates river are loosed. They had been prepared for this exact hour to kill the third part of the people in the world; their army of horseman is two hunded thousand thousand. There is a vivid description of the horses and their riders in Revelation 9:17-19
The people that survived these two woes will be unrepentant of their sins. Let us all seek the Lord now while He may be found and repent of our sins, truly turn from them and serve the Lord with all our hearts.
20And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: 21Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts. Revelation 9:20-21
